Landon Capital Group is excited to announce the purchase of the 3 park portfolio across Michigan.

The purchase consisted of the following properties:
Andrews Estates – 12034 E Michigan Ave Galesburg, MI 49053
Barron Lake Estates – 2423 Dick St, Niles, MI 49120
Rosebush Estates – 1318 Zilke St, Niles, MI 49120

With all three of the properties, they were the cheapest lot rents in the MSA and have plenty of value-add opportunities with infill, capex, and rent increases.

This purchase is Landon Capital Group’s largest purchase to date and the team is excited to takeover the property and create value!
