Our fees are over half as much as many leading syndicators. We are not incentivized to buy many parks fast, we are incentivized to create long-term value through split ownership.

A TRUE 70/30 SPLIT

All money above the preferred return is split 70/30. This includes any refi or rental income.

About Landon Capital Group

Landon Capital Group started in 2023 as a way for investors to invest in mobile home parks passively. Mobile home parks are one of the best investments for investors wanting to diversify into other real estate. We exist to save you time and make you money. Investors always come first at Landon Capital Group.

Since our inception, we have purchased several properties across the United States. By leveraging efficient management strategies, finding good deals, and adding value to the properties, we are able to give our investors returns that are unmatched in the industry.

Caleb has several years of experience working in real estate. He focuses primarily on value-add manufactured housing communities.

Caleb was accepted into Jessup University at the age of 12 after completing all the math requirements needed throughout high school. During this time, Caleb ventured into the stock market as a way to apply the business and math he was learning in his day-to-day life. He continued taking business classes throughout the next few years and was able to learn complex business ideas at an early age.

After high school, he got a position at an investment firm, where he managed a multi-million stock portfolio for a Sacramento-based firm. This firm eventually led him into commercial real estate and value-add properties.

Soon afterward, he left that company to start his own real estate investment firm with all the knowledge he had accumulated over the years. Caleb has grown to over $2.0 million AUM in the first few months of starting the company.

Caleb's moto is "Under-promise and over-deliver" and he strives to keep that every day.
